What types of coaching do you offer?
I offer three core coaching service lines based on 55-minute and 75-minute sessions:
Career Catalyst Coaching – Designed for job seekers, career pivots, or confidential searches. Includes resume strategy, LinkedIn polish, and job search game plan.
Executive & Performance Coaching – Tailored for current leaders looking to improve clarity, influence, decision-making, and long-term impact.
Business & Consulting Launch Coaching – For professionals launching a solo consultancy, building a fractional leadership portfolio, or repositioning their expertise as an entrepreneur.

Do you offer in-person coaching?
Yes. In-person sessions are available for corporate clients and event-based engagements. Individual sessions are typically held virtually via Zoom for flexibility and convenience. Visit Book Nicole to learn more.
I’m a new client. What happens after I book a session?
Once you book, you’ll receive a coaching intake form to define your goals, priorities, and current landscape. From there, we’ll confirm your session and map out next steps. Multi-session packages include a coaching dashboard to track progress, action items, and results.
How do we meet?
All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. We do not use FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or other platforms. Clients are expected to have Zoom downloaded and be prepared to join each session on time, on camera, and in a distraction-free environment.
For existing clients, a phone-style session may occasionally be requested. In those cases, the session will still take place on Zoom with cameras off. Clients may not attend sessions while driving or in public settings, as full focus and privacy are essential for effective coaching.
Is there a client portal?
Not yet. We are in the process of migrating to a new client portal, launching July 1, 2025. Once live, clients in multi-session packages or the Career Catalyst program will have secure access to session notes and the ability to upload documents to support coaching goals and collaboration. Until then, session notes and materials will continue to be shared directly by email.
What is your refund policy?
All coaching sales are final. Because each session and package involves personalized preparation and scheduling, refunds are not offered. I encourage all prospective clients to review service descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before booking.
Do you record sessions?
No. Sessions are not recorded, and clients are not permitted to record or allow third-party listening. Any violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of future sessions without refund. To support your progress, we use AI-generated Zoom notes, which are reviewed and customized before being shared after each session to ensure alignment and accountability.
Do you offer support between sessions?
Support between sessions depends on your coaching package. Some include limited email or messaging access. A 7-day add-on for chat and email support is available for those wanting short-term, intensive coaching access.
Are sessions virtual or in person?
All individual coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. Corporate and event-based engagements can be arranged for in-person delivery.
How secure is my information?
Your privacy is non-negotiable. All forms, notes, and session details are stored on encrypted platforms. Sessions are never recorded or shared. I follow strict confidentiality and ethical standards in every client engagement.
Do you help with resumes, LinkedIn, and interviews?
Yes. Career Catalyst and other job-search-focused packages include support with resume updates, LinkedIn strategy, and interview prep. You can also access digital downloads for self-guided tools that complement coaching.
Do you coach teams or groups?
Yes. I partner with organizations to offer team coaching, leadership intensives, and executive development. If you're a company, board, or founder looking to elevate your team, reach out to discuss a custom engagement.
Do you offer pro bono or discounted coaching?
Yes. I dedicate 10% of my coaching practice to pro bono work with individuals who have been formerly incarcerated, are navigating unemployment, or are working to move from challenging financial circumstances toward long-term opportunity.
Together with my husband and business partner, Justin, we offer discounted coaching for young adults and emerging professionals who are seeking clarity, direction, and support in building life skills, improving money management, and developing income growth strategies.
